Check this out. I would like to give a shout out to the fallen comrade of MCIC and a person that I always considered a trusted friend. Mike Mckone who brought the Dawson Creek project into MCIC and always talked about his optometrist. Our thoughts go out to Lu and her efforts to keep the general store/post office going up there with the MCIC shareholders offering their regrets that Mike's projects never evolved and became a part of the MCIC entity back in the gold ole days. Anyone remember the fun back then? Mike sent me a list of about 5 million dollars worth of additional equipment he would need to purchase for the Dawson Creek project. I had one of our most trusted mechanics in heavy equipment work on delivering the list from a private sale to Mckone verses him trying to buy the stuff at auctions. You have to give him credit. He did well buying equipment at auctions but this situation was special. My good friend needed his eyes focused on a truck stop/casino/hotel/gold mine/oil refinery construction/helicopter rides/dogs/ Belize. Did he not?
