Buyouts often are at roughly double the current share price, so that range is certainly about right at this point.

The question is, does the company have anything positive to say that will move us higher in the near future.

Missling may get fewer invites to brokerage conferences, but when he does I'm sure he'll still be confident about future approvals of all their products.
