No, Mayer pays BIEL first, like any distributor or OEM customer.

Then Mayer sells to pharmacies.

And none of those pharmacies is going to hand over money to a startup for product until the product is delivered, and even then, it's monthly billing. Walgreens doesn't hand money to the guy in the truck.
