No question that it was a great way to reframe it. If not, just destroying Hikma really does not accomplish much (other than a monetary award) wrt the ongoing infringement. The others will just fill the void. I have looked and ask on numerous occasions what the breakdown of V sales amongst the Generics and can't find that info.
