I would venture to say yes that Samsung will pay Apple and require them to use the same Mgf plant. It is a win win for both especially for Apple as that income will help offset their margin cost. Now I assume Apple does not do the manufacturing but contracts that out and hopefully to us per all the rumors. It would seem as good business to contract with the company that sold the rights to the tech. I see the construction of the new plant as evidence of this. Also, the delays by Apple to bring the product to market would be not only the check proof of concept by Huawai and others so to take advantage of any quirks. At the same time waiting on the plant to be production ready. As well, I do believe Apple will pay for us to do the Mgf'ing and such was part of any initial understanding when the rights were sold to them. Vamos a ver as they say.
