You are correct about NWBO not being able to say much in an update as far as the decision goes. Sometimes its not the content, but just an update on things the company is doing and have done could boost investor confidence. An update on patents or manufacturing would be nice. Congratulating long term survivors who achieve milestones is always good to see. You could argue all that is in the 10k or 10Q, which us great if you read through the whole things. Both reports also have boilerplate warnings company can go bankrupt at any time. What harm could it do to put a face on the company (LL) and give people hope with an encouraging message. Whats the harm in saying dc-vax is being used in compassionate care and they are working towards a compassionate care program in the US. To me it seems better than a silent approach system. JMO
