This company would not have been here without both of those leaders.

As much as Marcelli is talked bad about (and he did in fact cost me millions) he was good with the coin and looked out for shareholders.

Zelibors leadership and credibility that he lent to this company brought many an investor to the table at 2 pivotal moments when this company was on shaky ground. Remember his history that he led a 3 carrier task force with 100 vessels on 9-11 to the middle east. Think of today's world.

More than likely they are selling shares acquired for service and will be covered under IRS section 1202. Tax rules can change on a whim and that is biggy.
