STREET and "I" have more than doubts on Trumps claim. he is flat out lying. There are no talks, only an exit strategy -or- stalling till he gets his troops ready.

IRAN would have NOTHING to lose by announcing talks. Trump is preparing for ground troops with his ELITE forces. Stalling for time.
