Well I took a minute to drive by Costin yesterday between home viewings. They were in there working. We actually found a home on the same street as Lawson's home, which was brought up to me in conversation about the neighborhood. I did not pry into his personal business as I don't do that, but I can say with confidence that he is well liked in the area. He lives pretty simple from what I see. The business looks like a hard push startup which we know could sink or swim at any time. We will be moving to the area in May, so I'll check it out a bit more. Its not extremely far from where we live now. I took a few photos but do not see a way to upload here.
