Well this is amazing. I don't how many pancreatic cancer patients used DCVax-D in their treatment. I hope it was more than one. But then it was put on shelf for a long, long time. Still we don't have follow up trial. We could easily go for P2 with N<30, If we showed OS was >12 months, the PPS would have exploded so we didn't have to using so many shares by now. A real CEO would have done that.
Now tell me whose fault is it??????? If the P2 trial was successful (which I believe it would} then FDA would have have ask for 50 more patients. Based on the results probably we would have got conditional aproval. Remember the OS for this type of cancer is less than 12 months if you are lucky. Most patients die within 10 months. I know that because one of my distant family got Stage 4 on October 2015 and died on March 2016.
