I can't believe pseudoprogression is still being discussed.

Most of that is straw man arguments from longs to discredit the valid trial concerns.

The elephant in the house is switching OS to an ECA because the randomized trial failed to establish OS. That it even has to be discussed why that is a problem is sad. It is a cardinal failure to play that game in trials. And the fact that the trial was still blinded means nothing.

The change of the primary endpoint away from PFS after the IA is a formal flaw. That said, I admit I said here years ago a sound OS after a failed PFS could have a chance for approval. So I do not think that flaw is as bad as the OS fail.

BTW, why do you think LL and Prins had no problem measuring progression in the P1/2 trials? The main purpose of P2s is to decide how to properly run a P3, and yet somehow NWBO failed in this.
