I tried to make it clear to the company that implementing an R/S when the price is .0004 would significantly harm shareholder value. It would not address the underlying issue, which is and has always been the absence of material recurring revenues. The market will view it as a huge, huge sign of distress rather than growth, and the stock price will drop like a rock after the split with no positive change to fundamentals.

A much better strategy is to focus first on generating revenues and building organic growth. Operational success projects confidence in the business model and the stock price will rise naturally. If the share price can grow organically to approximately $0.10 (I hope that's not a pipe dream) or higher, IMHO a reverse split at that stage would be much more effective. At that point the company would have real operating momentum and revenues. Investor perception would be based on business performance rather than appearing to be a defensive maneuver.
