So the above is all just supposition on your part, because as you also point out below, the FDA would not make it known your above conjecture ever took place.

FDA does not normally make any public communication about the content or even the occurrence of a sponsor’s Type B meeting (including pre-BLA).

In other words, you have no link and you are just guessing here, all the while coating it in your own particular shade of bias.
