Fact: As I've established, these 2020 grants have served as "Locates" for synthetic short positions. When 17% of that pool is deleted by the Delaware Court of Chancery, the MMs lose their legal cover

Locates are for actual common shares. The purpose is that when a short is sold the shares can be found to borrow and deliver to buyer.

One cannot use employee stock options for locates. That is whacky.

But the idea that LP has been making her employee stock options available for shorts to borrow against is funny.
