Maybe one of the posters here could tell me how IonQ can acquire SkyWater as an all cash deal without significant dilution.
The latest report on Yahoo shows $2.39B in cash. Another report from 24/7 Wall Street shows $1.03B. With their current and continued cash bleed, how can they do it? They floated stock last year and will have to float significantly more this year. The next 9-12 months don't look that good even with a large order because it will take some time to complete depending on the start date.
