It claims the Delaware Gavel doesn't affect locates. Wrong. You can't 'locate' against an option that has been legally deleted.


So the Company gave the officers the options, so the company could be sued, so the company could enter into a settlement giving the options back to cancel shorts written on the now forfeited options.
