(PINK SHEETS: ECFL – News) announced today that Desmond Milligan, CEO of eCarfly, Inc., is issuing a letter to shareholders and the general public regarding information previously released about Terra Fuel Technologies (TFT) and their internal business matters.
eCarfly would like to make public that by the request of TFT, due to the overwhelming inquires created by described press releases, TFT would like to relinquish themselves of any liability regarding the press that has been issued. Previous press releases were issued from internal information received by the eCarfly organization. eCarfly was unaware that all names and business dealings regarding all companies and organizations mentioned were intended to be kept confidential until the time that a potential merger was complete. For competitive and legal purposes, company names, existing business dealings, and all other internal business matters regarding TFT will be kept confidential until further notice.
eCarfly would like to submit a formal apology to all corporations and government organizations that have been mentioned in the previous releases, and formally state that there was never at any time, any intention to mislead the shareholders or the general public through the described releases.
From this point forward, no press releases will be issued regarding TFT until specific authorization has been received by the TFT Corporation.
