Very well-scripted one way podcast by TC. Unfortunately, it was only the spin we already knew.

The most important message I got is that the book value of the building we own at Valencia Circle has increased from 7 to 14 million dollars, which is the dry powder LQMT can fall back on after Chung depletes the 20 million in cash he alleges we still have on hand. Sure am happy I was selling on the most recent run-up.
