The dilution was relatively quiet last month and we noticed a big difference. However, this month they seem to be a bit more aggressive, with shares being issued around $0.22. So far, the reported dilution this month is 6,400,311 shares (1,230,476 + 4,028,473 + 1,141,362).
It’s unclear whether this is due to construction expenses, new hires, or other operational costs. We’ll likely know more in about three weeks when the 10-K is released. I just wish management would put out a PR update during these difficult times.
