The $LWLG x $TSEM integration is less about a single component and more about extending the PH18 silicon photonics platform into the 400G/lane era, which is the critical requirement for the next optical generations.

By embedding EO polymer modulators directly into the PH18 PDK, Tower effectively upgrades the entire ecosystem used by customers like InnoLight, $COHR and others without forcing a foundry migration.
