As I recall, LL gave up his CEO title due to conflicts of interest, basically sitting on both sides of the table in our deals with China. In case anyone missed it, he is now the head of LQMT Asia whereto everything has flowed, and maintains control of the BoD. So, essentially, he is back to where he was as CEO, just relocated. so what happened to the conflicts of interest?
