Nailed it my friend! That and the fact that many Joe retailers just couldn’t comprehend that a private company could do a r/m on the OTC with the goal of uplisting onto the big boards. A classic case of the people behind this one doing something that’s never been done on the OTC because 99.9% of the time there’s no friendly funder(s) involved fully committed to that ultimate outcome 🚀
