I'm going to be cynical for a second.
What if the extended delay in a decision is due to a potential denial that the company is either amending or attempting to reverse?
LP's statements regarding their "ongoing communication" wouldn't be wrong in this case.
And before someone brings up the acquisition of Advent, what if this was conducted because they would have no choice either way?
It doesn't make any sense how this can drag on for over 2 years (811 days today) with absolutely no updates, no evidence package submission, any partnerships, etc.
Call me a FUD if you want, but the PPS shows the overall morale of investors.
