Agreed. Well said. And, it looks like the formal SNTX acquisition PR that will detail the acquisition terms will be coming out this week as per what Javier said to another X poster on March 6.

Since the GTVH Spaces call is tomorrow at 8 PM EST (not 7 PM EST), I assume Javier and the new GTVH CEO will want to go into this call with confirmation of the SNTX compensation details for the GTVH shareholders otherwise this call could be confrontational by some callers.

So, perhaps the formal SNTX acquisition PR with final acquisition terms will be released tomorrow?

We wait.

When will the PR be released with the purchase details and dividends for GTVH? Seems the deal is done.
