Phoenix Global Technology acquiring TMMI....

Acquisition (Merger):
Company A buys Company B.
The ownership structure changes, but the number of shares outstanding typically increases or remains the same....

That opens it for a new IPO from Susan Bala, if she chooses that ave....

Which ask the question????
What would be the PPS for this IPO
Or does she piggyback with the next level of heavyweights in the business????
There were some big names in Rio de Janeiro....
