I made my post today as there was a material event for the GTVH and the SNTX.

Rest assured, I was not trying to direct this post to you, personally.

I simply wanted to correct your misrepresentations for GTVH's shareholders benefit.

You can't even get your info right about the SNTX news release.

You said,

"the press release shows 2 or 3 business units being moved to SNTX"

If you read the release, it's actually 2 units, Deep South and GoldenEra.

This was an "LOI" so specific terms were not listed but if this deal happens, OBVIOUSLY there should be SNTX dividends given to GTVH shareholders and the amount of dividends will be released in due time.

"Financials showed no revenue for the beverage business"

Don't you care about what you say publicly, Chainma? Apparently not.

The GTVH's Annual Financials you pointed to were dated for the period up to December 31, 2025 and the BEV business officially launched AFTER this date.

IMO, if an investor bought GTVH shares prior to any SNTX record date for said dividends, those GTVH shareholders should do VERY well financially by said shareholders receiving SNTX dividends.

In my case, when I purchased my GTVH's shares months ago, i absolutely considered the SNTX acquiring GTVH's Deep South and Golden Era and then receiving an SNTX dividend to be a major part of my investment strategy for my GTVH purchase.

So, yes, if this deal happens with the SNTX and the GTVH and GTVH shareholders will indeed receive the dividends they would be entitled to, this should be a GREAT investment for me an other GTVH shareholders like me.

In terms of buying the GTVH today, I have seen MANY OTC PINK plays with far more shares OS with TOXIC and FICTITIOUS debt where these shells have a ZERO business futures but these highly dirty shells have run to $.004 and higher.

The GTVH will have a clean or an almost clean shell when all is said and done and currently, their business future looks far more promising than probably 90% of other PINK shells.
