The U.S. Government (allocates) hands out billions of dollars in grants for solving it’s projects.
So why did LQMT need a contract with Amorphology Inc. for just potential licensing fees?
Why could they not go out and get the grant money directly to prototype the gears directly?
Why do they need Amorphology Inc.?
Seems to me they couldn’t afford to keep the brains doing the real R&D. But kept the ones who couldn’t sell theater tickets to movie goers to put it nicely, but knew enough to sell it’s IP to keep a paycheck coming.
Just saying this is what it looks like and not what it is. Because from all communications, i don't know what the heck it is.
