These guys mean business! Very good update. 2026 all about solidifying the scale-up plans and infrastructure.

What surprised me most was that they’re doing the wafer tape-out for the CPO PIC within the next couple months. I was not expecting that so soon. That means they’ve developed the material and made considerable progress on the design with the partner if they’re already preparing for the tape out. That would also require very significant foundry involvement because the CPO PIC will likely need the polymer deposition/encapsulation preformed at the foundry since it’s likely a monolithic structure and not a modulator that you basically glue to another chip. Wild.

Four foundries under AGREEMENT and three more in the pipeline. That’s what we’ve all dreamed of.
