Patents are simply patents until a product can be commercialized, or the company actually takes steps towards commercialization. A patent doesn't even mean it would be approved by the FDA (Lr will get approved, but in principle, until approved by FDA, it means very little). We can't even agree on what will be required of the new formulation to get it commercially ready. It could take 5 years. It could take 18 months. We don't know. My belief is that just granting the patent will be a non-event for the stock. Maybe a few dollars or something, but nothing very meaningful.

Shareholder “payday” arrives when the Lr Patent is granted and not at some date in the future when the potential value of the new formulation is demonstrated to Wall Street.
