A couple of things I see that I have questions on are the revenue;
Europe down which could be the transitioning phase, however...
ROW w/o the initial purchase of $7.8M is relatively flat.

I' m curious how SG&A is still $20M in a quarter as the restructuring charges are shown on a separate line at $4.1M

We'll soon see what they say.
