thanks sharonb. sounds like they're in a risky postion if i usderstand that they have to drive the compnay out of business in order to not have to cover their short positions. i've seen some of your posts about legislation to control this. hopefully something will happen. thaks for the other insight as well. i'm glad kenco got a laugh out of me. not many people do. bb
