They have a large short position and if they can destroy the company by driving the price down at no expense to them, it is to their advantage. As the law is currently, they never have to cover their short position or close it out. This is increasing the float without limit and often, IMO, beyond the number of shares authorized by the company.

Kenco often uses this rather disgusting term.
Rolling on the floor laughing my ass off. Seems it must just about be wore out. Don't ask which.
