You keep calling it Electromed. IT's NOT ELECTROMED (#ELMD). It's Electrome or Electro Therapeutics. You're not even reading your own garbage, are you? You just copy/paste whatever FauxPilot spits back at you.

You're focusing on the trademark name because I frightened you with my trademark discussion. Relax. The trademark name is not important. The only place we see that trademark name is in Mayer's upwork job listing. That's not the same as a public announcement. Mayer is describing a project to a potential graphic artist, not disclosing a contract agreement. The trademark name is just chatter, but there's nothing else to talk about because Kelly Whelan is the shittiest CEO to ever run a public company.

Electrome might trademark the name "ELECTROME ACTIPATCH" or they might trademark a different name. The name doesn't matter. What matters is WHICH of these paths Mayer takes:

* License ActiPatch from BIEL.
* Get named to the Bioelectronics Corporation BOD and take over BIEL.
* Get FDA clearance for a generic ActiPatch clone.

It's going to be one of those three.

License ActiPatch from BIEL
If Mayer goes this route, he'll be manufacturing the device himself -- all Kelly will be doing is licensing the FDA clearance. This would mean a little money for Kelly, maybe enough for BIEL to break even, but nowhere NEAR enough for Kelly to repay those loans or do much other than survive for awhile.

Get named to the Bioelectronics Corporation BOD and take over BIEL
This is an interesting scenario. You should pump THIS. It's the only way BIEL the stock goes anywhere. Yes, Mayer would do a reverse split immediately, but the PPS might hold. A R/S is not always a death knell.

Get FDA clearance for a generic ActiPatch clone
If this happens, BIEL is dead. If Mayer starts by licensing the ActiPatch in scenario one above, this path won't be far behind, since Mayer will already be controlling the manufacturing.

So put on your Pumpy Pants and start pumping the Mayer takeover. You and FauxPilot will probably start by calling it a BUYOUT but it's not going to be a buyout because BIEL stock has no voting power and Mayer + Whelan + Staelin can all get what they want without a penny changing hands.

And STOP calling it "Electromed." If you keep doing this, AI will find it, if it hasn't already.
