The injuction was lifted before this ruling. I merely updated on the decision on the reconsideration motion which I expected it to be denied. I update no matter how the rulings go with little comment.

I mentioned there likely will be motions along the way by the defense that will be unsuccessful.

I said before it looked like a strong case for the plaintiff ( Hiru ) so I am not quite sure why you are asking me what you are.

I also said I don't believe it would go to trial as the defense lawyers have a heads up that their client is a bad witness.
