The injunction and the case being decided are two different things though. So the injunction was lifted. Do you think HIRU's lawyers are going to pack up and go home? I don't. The case will go to trial and MIRO has proven himself to be evasive and giving unreliable evidence based on teh Judge's statement. He couldn't prove the 'loan' had been transferred either with the crappy bank transfer / wire docs he provided. What's he going to do ? Go away and make up better looking fake docs to show at trial seeing as the first lot were found to be made up?
