As usual, the big SP drop yesterday was totally due to collusive manipulation

Over the weekend, before the week began, the OTC listed the outstanding shares at 1,596,881,409. After two business days, that number increased to 1,597,528,468.
Comparatively, that’s a relatively small rise of 647,059 shares (1,597,528,468 - 1,596,881,409). If that isn’t dilution, then what explains the increase?
Now consider the trading volume:
Tuesday: 2,464,600 shares traded. The stock was fairly stable just above $0.24, but after 11 a.m., I noticed a dump of over 500K shares, and the price dropped by about a cent. I don’t see how that would qualify as “collusive manipulation.”
Wednesday: 1,440,700 shares traded.
I’m simply trying to reconcile the increase in the share count with the trading activity and understand what actually took place.
The bottom line is that there’s very little genuine buying or selling during this waiting period. The price seems to drop mainly when management dilutes shares to raise capital.
