I planted an avocado pit close to 12 years ago in my back yard. For years I have waited in anticipation of blossoms blooming. Painful has been the wait. Just last year came the the magic moment in which the blooms blossomed and the bees did their work and behold, the first harvest of avocados. It was a paltry yield. But now, this year many blossoms abound and the fruits of all the barren years come with abundance. Unfortunately, my first seeds of LQMT were planted in Oct of 2003. The only ongoing yield has been the Martin Guitar bridge pins, and this, after 23 years. TC has the greatest tenure on this journey over this bridge to shareholder economic nowheres. We need to rid ourselves of TC and IB, two medlars of the law and replace them with one dedicated metallurgical savvy-ed executive to dynamically move forward.
