I don't know about other places, but here in LA, CA there are numerous places you can go for leukapheresis. I would think that would be true for practically anywhere that's qualified to be a spoke for making DCVax-L, and many hospitals that don't have that capability as well. If you're not living near Sawston, I suspect that there will be places closer where it can be done.
