In addition to "serious issues of fiduciary duty, shareholder oppression, and deceit", there was also insider trading involving one of Ansons family of funds Sabby. The very funds involved with shorting Sintx from 2015-2019 and again 2022-2024 was somehow in on the pump in 2020.

Then there was Dr ZB who acquired shares within a month of a large jump in price selling before an offering. At first i tried tying Dr ZB back to Ansons funds since the tickers Dr ZB invested in over 1 year period were all tickers connected to said funds. However it was claimed that Dr ZB was connected to Sonny or Chon the CEO of CTL. Regardless to who may have fed Dr ZB information, I suspect it was because Dr ZB gave information about a trial going on in regards to one of the companies he was invested in. He was not directly involved but he could have easily contacted one of the docs involved.
