Nothing will happen without news. Brian is so tight-lipped and risk adverse when it comes to public communication, it wouldn't surprise me at all if the next news published doesn't come until months after surgeries have been completed. Should have hired a PR firm months ago. Should have hired a sponsor months ago. The delays that are happening now are 100% on the hands of Brian being in way over his head to run this company. He may be the right person to broker the best possible deal at some point, but that is a very different skillset than running a company and communicating progress effectively and timely which in this case would be generating positive interest (aka share price improvement).
