(2) after FDA, EMA and Health Canada regulatory submissions, and

(3) after partnership agreement(s), and

(4) after new combination trials for multiple solid tumor cancers for both DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct, and for the Roswell Park / University of Pittsburgh IP.
