I personally don't think it's nonsense at all. Amprius is a great company and I believe that to avoid competition, that someone will buy them out or merge. They have superb battery technology and their battieries have repeat buyers and they are expanding to new buyers. It's a no-brainer for either a buy out or merger, something along those lines.
