On site now or expected to be soon as they need the position filled when these workers are on site and don’t already have a person hired dedicated to doing that as one of their main job responsibilities now which could mean someone is filling in for the time being or that they need someone in place for when construction actually begins. Sure would be nice to have someone report or get current satellite pictures of the site like we have seen before; ). I would not doubt that someone, maybe one of Yogi’s friends, has drone pictures being taken on a regular basis; ). Best wishes.
