The receivership has handcuffed the company since June, taking physical control of the Texas facility and locking the doors. There is no incoming business that has been announced in months, only preexisting orders that predate the receivership. The only way they are making money is by issuing and selling new shares. And all the while MS sits quietly and doesn't address any of the shareholders. The mishandling of all the lawsuits has been a significant detriment to the company and if they don't find a way to end them soon, the lawsuits may end the company. Who is going to contract with a company under receivership that has multiple other pending lawsuits with no new money coming in? Management has screwed this up.
