Gary, your " ... funny feeling that LP is going to be very fair with NICE and not try to get the highest possible price she could from them" is probably because that is what she actually said that back in 2011 when she compared the projected price of DCVax-L with other targeted drugs against cancer.
The report in "Biospace" of August 11th 2011 of what she said was that "pricing of DCVax® will also be substantially below the price range of most antibody drugs and "targeted" drugs for cancer. Such drugs are typically priced at $60,000-80,000 per year, and can exceed $100,000 per year." DCVax-L, she is reported as saying, would be priced in the region of $37,000/year for 3 years.

If you and Gary are right it would mean that Ms. Powers is fair to everyone but retail shareholders it seems.

If the UK regulators had worked with us to expedite instead of dragging things out over the last few years then giving them cheap a$$ prices as a quid pro quo would be fair.

It would be fair to cut them a break if they magically give us tumor agnostic and can rollout DCVax-L for more indications she make up in volume what we lose on price.

Instead shareholders have eaten this extended wait with brutal dilution and opportunity cost having our money tied up for 2 more years in a moribund investment.

Otherwise, Linda Powers needs to finally start focusing on her fiduciary duty to all shareholders and not cutting sweetheart deals at our expense. Management has made their money so I doubt we’ll be a priority.
