TTE, I don't know why you think that would be so bad.
IMO, they are going down that road because they know that it's their best option. They are unemotional. They will do whatever gives them the best return. So if a royalty model provides a higher DCF value than the BO they could receive, then that's what they do. Thus, it's better for us as well. 
Although Sarissa is generally going to self-deal, they still must act as a fiduciary to their shareholders. 
I do agree with the other stuff you said about Sarissa. They are not shareholder friendly, even if things eventually work out well for us. They are incredibly opaque.
On the subject of stock price by 12/31, I think if they are not at least in the mid-30's by year-end, then either something went wrong, or someone is holding this down. Because they should be showing positive EPS and cash flow for all 4Q in 2026, and the SP should rise in line with that.
