johnnyt5...I don't have time to educate you about history of Cyberlux, but I will answer this post:

1) The federal lawsuit is between the SEC and RB Capital. Cyberlux is mentioned as a company that was "victimized". But that means nothing. $CYBL owes millions to RB Capital. Moreover, no new funding from RB Capital will ever move forward now. Aside from that, Cyberlux will have to spend company time and legal fees to address this lawsuit.
2) $CYBL stated in filing and press release that they had to increase the authorized share count. Now at 10 billion shares. Since then, they have diluted about a billion shares. I expect them to dilute another 1 to 2 billion more shares until legal issues are resolved and the disposition of the $20+ million is determined by the courts.
3) Companies like $DPRO, $ONDS, $UAVS, $UMAC (drone parts manufacturer), $RCAT, and many others are in much better position to get drone government contract than Cyberlux, in my opinion.
4) Break even? I don't think so. When sales don't materialize, losses accumulate. Their total losses are about $50 million. They need big wins to generate increased revenues and, hopefully, cash flow positive and profitability. Just don't see that happening this year.
5) A backlog of $20 million is peanuts. "Substantial" backlog---not even close. At least $50 million is what I would target per quarter.
6) Key personnel have left; lost vendors for non-payment; no one will give Cyberlux open account; anything they buy is cash up front. Not a good business model.
7) We hit $0.0013 today...we go lower, in my opinion.

The turnaround story would be:

1) MDS resigns or retires;
2) Favorable outcome of the $20 million + to be paid out by HII and courts and the lifting of receivership;
3) Drone contract wins of at least $100 million over the next 2-3 years;
4) Investments in the CA facility to produce high-quality, low-cost drones.

In the end, MDS will be forced to do a massive reverse split. IMO.
