initiatoers of such algo trading are not civiloly liable? They would have to prove that the algos were set up on purpose to manipulate it. Most likely the algos are trading correctly being that it's an unaudited scam.
They will expend $100's of thousands on legal cfees, or negotiate a settlement It won't get close to that point. You forget that their lawyer doesn't have experience or specialize in these types of cases. This isn't dui court.
