Your opinion nor my opinion matters in this lawsuit case. The case will be decided by evidence presented that laws and regulations were followed or not. No need to correct my comment when the comment was clear that the current case is a civil case but that the results of this case and evidence submitted in it could lead to a criminal case being brought forth by DOJ.
Maybe work on the comprehension skills a little more than trying to make your point and failing in the process because the process you use fails from lack of proper foundation. Best wishes.
