I agree about the ability to buy but when the ability to make the offer needed isn’t there and you can’t beat them then you join them if you know what you want but can’t get it. To join (in the vision), the money any suitor has needs to be for expansion purposes and Merck has a lot of roadway to bring expansion and understanding of where to start first as well as where to finish long term which is with an allogenic off the shelf preventative vaccine created from the antigen library that NWBO and UCLA and others have been building.
So if NWBO is valued too much to own outright then the cash and other components and building blocks for an improved L and or Direct that others have in their portfolios might be to help build in partnership. This holds water unless the empire is to be built on Direct and its components as replacement for all current potential synergistic components others have to offer to get there and that would create a major economic meltdown for many.
